As you know, it can be hard to speak to friends or your partner about certain subjects. You have to find your own way to deal, change or accept things - depending on the nature of the subject.
That is where I can help and support you. I am trained to listen carefully, not only to what you say, but also what you say between the lines. I can help you to find out how you feel about things and what the next steps could be for you.
We meet in a private and comfortable setting that is conducive to working through whatever issues may arise.
Walk and Talk
Sometimes being outside in nature helps people to relax and focus on the central themes of their life. A study of the University of Berne has shown that we can concentrate better in nature. Through walking we increase these positive effects. My experience has shown that psychological and physical well-being are closely linked. You will set the pace. The Walk and Talk concept can be enlightening. Some people find that they can cope better in and with their life and the energy they gain by our walks and talks can put them in a more positive place.
